As our system upgrade approaches, we want to make sure you’re prepared for temporary service interruptions and key dates that may impact your banking activities.
Please review the information below and take any necessary action before the affected services become unavailable.
July 1–August 3, 2026
New enrollments for Bill Pay and Zelle® will be unavailable.
If you are planning to enroll in either service, please do so before July 1 or wait until after the upgrade is complete.
July 24–August 3, 2026
Bill Pay services will be unavailable.
During this time, you will not be able to:
- Schedule new payments
- Edit existing payments
- Cancel scheduled payments
We encourage you to review upcoming bills and schedule any necessary payments in advance.
July 31–August 4, 2026
The following services may experience temporary downtime during the system upgrade:
- Online Banking
- Mobile Banking
- Telephone Banking
- Debit Card Transactions
- Internal & External Transfers (including Zelle®)
- Bill Pay
External Transfer Users
Please note that external transfer accounts will not carry over during the upgrade. If you currently use external transfers, you will need to re-establish those connections after August 4, 2026.
ATM & Night Drop Deposits
Members may experience delays in the processing of ATM deposits and night drop deposit during the upgrade period.
Branch Closure Notice
Saturday, August 1, 2026
All Picatinny FCU branches will be CLOSED.
Plan Ahead
To help avoid disruptions, we recommend that members:
- Schedule Bill Pay transactions before July 24.
- Complete any new Bill Pay or Zelle® enrollments before July 1.
- Keep alternative payment methods available during this period.
- Plan branch transactions around the August 1 closure.
