Picatinny Federal Credit Union will NEVER contact you directly (by phone, email, or text) to ask for specific confidential information, including your:

  • Debit or credit card number
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • Online Banking username or password
  • Social Security Number
  • One-time passcodes
  • Full 16-digit card number
  • Security (CVV) code on back of card
  • Expiration date of card

If you are ever unsure if a message is legitimate, contact us at 973-361-5225. You can also report card issues 24/7 at 1-866-795-1412 for credit cards, and 1-800-472-3272 for debit cards.
